    Mai Khao – Northwest Beaches

    WHOLE LIVE PHUKET LOBSTER

Caught daily in the pristine coastal waters off Phuket, this exquisite lobster is celebrated for its iridescent shell, displaying a stunning blend of seven colours – a rare phenomenon found only in this region. Known locally as the “7 Colour Lobster,” it is a symbol of the Andaman Sea’s rich biodiversity and is prized not only for its beauty but also for its sweet, delicate meat. Expertly chargrilled with olive oil and lemon to honour its ocean-fresh flavour, the lobster arrives with your choice of sides and house-made sauces. Celebrating Phuket’s coastal bounty with understated finesse, this dish embodies Thailand’s maritime culinary heritage.

Beverage companion: Go with a glass of Moët Chandon Brut Imperial – decedent, light and fruity, this Champagne offers aromas of candied lemons, ripe pears and yellow apples. Wonderful both as an aperitif, or paired with fresh seafood.
