Those with a yen for the divine delights of Japanese cuisine should head to Anantara Layan Phuket Resort, where once again award-winning Zuma restaurant has popped up at the beachfront. It’s the second year in a row for this sublime creator of contemporary Japanese to appear here in a pop-up format. Zuma will be spreading feel-good vibes until 15 March in Sala Layan, a rooftop venue nuzzling the beach and pool area. Its cuisine is inspired by the informal Iza Kaya dining style, with menus designed for sharing as well as dishes from a sushi counter, main kitchen and grill.
